By purchasing any of our products or services, the customer expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
The service will begin within a maximum of 48 business hours (Monday through Saturday) from the confirmation of purchase.
The plan lasts for 30 consecutive days from the initial shipment of the package containing the consulting plan.
If the customer decides to suspend, interrupt, or discontinue the service, the plan will still expire after 30 days.
Return Policy: Once the plan and corresponding files have been sent, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
The service begins on the date the plan is received by the client and lasts for 180 calendar days.
The client may request a break of up to 1 week during the consulting period. If the plan is not resumed after that time, it will automatically expire 90 days after the initial delivery.
Consulting will be provided primarily by email (or by another previously agreed-upon means). The estimated response time is 24 to 48 business hours, although this may be extended if necessary.
Diet modifications will be sent every 15 days.
Return policy: Once the consultation has begun and the files have been delivered, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Once the purchase has been made, the file can be downloaded immediately or within a maximum of 24 hours via the confirmation email.

If the client is unable to attend the consultation for a period of time due to illness, injury, or other personal reasons, the corresponding adjustment will be automatically transferred to the following two weeks.
Adjustments are designed to ensure steady progress and effectively bring the client closer to their goal.
The photographs sent by the client during the consultation are a fundamental tool for objectively evaluating progress and adherence to the plan.
These images allow for more precise adjustments to be made to the diet and training, ensuring that the changes are aligned with the established goals.
All photographs received are protected under our Privacy Policy. Under no circumstances will they be shared, published on social media, or used on websites without the client’s express written consent.
